[00:00:00] All right, so we're gonna see how well this episode goes. See, a lot of me didn't hear this, but the Tulsa airport and it's kind of. [00:00:12] Yeah, it's been a while since I've recorded, like a long time, way too long a time. And I. That's. That's completely on me. [00:00:21] I just was not doing very good with keeping up the recordings. I had an. [00:00:27] It had been about a month the last time I recorded and I had an episode idea and then I just like I did it, I got to record. I couldn't figure it out, the actual process. And then I don't know, I ended up. I feel like more of it was just being lazy. Not gonna lie. I just got busy with stuff, which is a more valid excuse, but I got busy with stuff and just hadn't recorded. So just hop and do a very great thought, obviously. And I'm gonna try to get it going again. It's the idea on spring break right now. That's how long it's been. That's crazy. It's been like three months or something. I don't even know. It wants spring break right now and like one week in. Because at our school we have a two week spring break basically because we combine a home leave into it. And yeah, I'm at the Tulsa airport, like I said. And it's kind of cool here. It's not really crazy. I don't know how good this audio is actually going to be, but I'll see if I can keep. Change it a little bit later. But I at least wanted to get something going. [00:01:23] So I think, I don't know, I guess I could just kind of talk about the trip here. [00:01:29] It's been a good time. It's been a lot of fun. [00:01:33] I came down here so I could see my mom and stepdad because they moved down here. I know that's how long it's been. They moved down here last time, or they were still where I lived last time we were here. So now they're down here. So for spring break, first week, I had to come out here and visit them. But the extra trip itself, it's been a lot of fun. I've had a lot of fun. It's been amazing seeing them and just overall been a pretty solid experience. I'd say Tulsa is very hot compared to where I live. [00:02:03] It's. I don't know, the weather is kind of interesting here. It's like goes back and forth and back and forth. It's like, I don't know, like Weird. I don't really understand it fully how, like, the first day I got here, it's like really, really hot, you know, like 80 degrees. I don't. That's probably not really hot for other people, but for me, that's pretty hot. And then got up to 90. And then like the day after it was 90, like 5 or 96. Like, instantly dropped to 58 the next morning. I was like, what is going on? But the weather here, it's really, really crazy compared to, like, back in the Spokane area. It's not as ridiculous. There, I guess, is the word I'm going to use for it. Because it's like, crazy crazy. [00:02:46] Not a. I don't know. I think it's cool, though. Mostly I just don't know what the. [00:02:52] I don't know. [00:02:53] Not even weird. I don't know the right words. But it was interesting to see. I'll say, I guess how. You know, just the weather. Like, whoa. But. Yeah, but I've had a lot of fun down here and, you know, hot, like I said over and over, what I was just talking about. Way hotter than back home. I'm gonna go home today and it's gonna be like 58 degrees. Maybe less than that. I don't know. I think it's starting to heat up again because springtime this year, winter's been pretty crappy overall. And it's just coming back to its full glory in the summertime where it's hot and nice for the most part. But yes, Then, yeah, the rest of the trip. I went to an aquarium, so I guess that was probably a highlight. That aquarium was really, really cool. It was weird. I've been to the aquarium when I was like 2 years old or something. Yeah, I think I would have been too. That's where I lived here for a little bit or a year or something. [00:03:51] And I like, walked to the shark tunnel there over the trip. And I was like, dude, like, something seems familiar about this. I didn't made the connection. I'd been here before, but I walked under the shark tunnel and I was like, man, like, I've been here before. This is weird. So that was cool. Interesting. [00:04:11] Like just to. I guess even happened. That's so weird. I've like, been here before, but yeah, so that was cool. The aquarium overall was really awesome. It's a great experience. I was like, dude, this is so cool. Like, what this was. Didn't really look like even aquarium. It's like, I don't know, it looks like some big fancy building on the outside. And we went inside and just this really cool aquarium. Saw some horseshoe crabs. The worst of grabs were really cool. But that was incredibly important. [00:04:39] Driving around with me and my stepdad, which has been. That was slime. It was a good time. We were looking for this dude named. Well, not. I don't know, like, some homeless guy who, like, has these nunchucks. And he had nunchucks around. Nunchuck Man. If you're listening to this, somehow I need to meet you. You sound really, really cool. Yeah. You're cool with nunchucks, and I want to learn how to nunchuck. I don't know. [00:04:59] Nunchucking just sounds really interesting. Seems like a talent. But Nunchuckman, we were driving around looking for him. We probably spent a good, like, I don't know. I say two, three hours over the course of the trip, like, at least kind of looking through him, and he was nowhere to be seen. I guess they'd seen him before and stuff. He, like, just sits on the side of the road and has his nunchucks and just puts on a shelf with the cars driving by. But we couldn't find him anywhere. We. [00:05:24] I said to ask the police or, like, we had a gas station. He asked the dude today if he had seen Nut Shark man. And nobody's seen him, so. Or at least I did on it. So it's very sad because. [00:05:34] Needed to meet Nunchuck Man. But, yes, that part was fun. [00:05:39] It was really great seeing my mom, you know, I'll see him again soon. Yeah, they moved down there, and I'll get to see him again, like, going for a month in the summertime, so that'll be good. But, yeah, overall, great experience. [00:05:51] I think it's different here. Like, there's a bunch of houses everywhere. Okay, there's houses everywhere, but, like, there's these really, like, rich neighborhoods, you know? And then, like, right next to this, like, mansion of a house, there's this little house, and it's just kind of like this, like, there's these randomly, like, rich neighborhoods out of nowhere that have, like, these actual mansions and then, like, 8,000 square feet houses. And then there's like, these little ones next door. I don't know. I was thinking is, like, if I'm on those little ones, those neighbors can be my best friends. How many would be over their house? More than I even live in my house. Well, but Tulsa's cool. I'm trying to think what else was really, like, different or crazy about it compared to back home. [00:06:34] Oh, flea markets. Went to a flea market. For the first time. That was cool. I was like, yo, this place is crazy. It's like a huge. I don't know if you don't know what a flea market is. It's like a huge. [00:06:46] I don't know. Keep the garage sale, I guess. People bring, like, the random crap and they're selling it just stuff. They find the streets. They're selling it for good prices or whatever. Some of it probably is a good deal. I don't know. But that's really funny and cool. It's like, I don't know, all those people making a living off there, you know, I saw this dude with, like, his $100 bills. You know, he just had his hundreds in his pocket or something. In his pocket. His, like, hands. So that was sick. Yeah. Flea markets. So those are fun. And then. [00:07:21] Oh, I remember what else I did. There's a lot of seat in the apartment. Oh, I hit the gym a lot. I was getting back in swing of things since. Oh, yeah. Another thing that's happened since I recorded. I had ACL surgery. Probably talk about that in another one, but I've tore my acl. It's been torn since, like, May of last year, I think. I kind of talked about my knee problems before, but I had a torn acl. At least that's one of the things. A little turn, my meniscus and, like, a bunch of bum bruising or something, because I've been dealing with it. But that feels good for me, at least. I got to have surgery. [00:07:54] And now I've been doing pt. My knee's been making a recovery. [00:07:59] It's pretty good. So I've been working it out where I have in here and then working my upper body, going at that again. Making sure I'm keeping in shape or getting back in kind of a shape. I don't know. It's not perfect, but my volleyball dreams, sports dreams. I don't know about that. But there's still hope. Maybe. Maybe something will happen. [00:08:19] Who knows? I'm not really worried about it. I'm just gonna focus on getting my knee back up. And then I do work for the sober. [00:08:28] Yes. Sorry. I'm yawning a lot. I'm tired. It's been a long, long bit. And I got a lot of. [00:08:34] A lot of flights ahead of me today. [00:08:38] I'm gonna have. I got one from here to Dallas. It's. It's a short flight, but I'll get there like 10:30 or something. No, my flight. My next flight leads at 10:30 there. And then I got like a two and a half hour flight to Spokane and I'm like gaining two hours on the way. So that's the thing. Really saving me otherwise but not really saving me. It just saves the time because it's still gonna feel like it. This is a two hour difference. So I'm two hours ahead here and then back home. [00:09:06] But when I. I'm gonna be gaining those or yeah gaining the hours. So that's good for the time but I'm still gonna take it to two which kind of sucks. But that's okay. It's gonna be really tired and a lot of it. But yeah, I've had a. [00:09:22] Had a good time but I am somewhat excited to go home. All my buddies are like traveling everywhere and girlfriend is oh I guess she's getting back and then she's gone. So yeah. Oh yeah. I don't know. I talk about her at some point but Cadence is my girlfriend now. I don't know if I talk. I don't know. That's not really important right now. It will be. [00:09:43] Not that she's not important but future episode. [00:09:46] Yeah I'll probably make this one pretty short. I know 15 minutes is kind of that goal but this one I'll probably just wrap up here because I'm just got talking. [00:09:57] I don't know what else. [00:09:59] But yeah, let me get back in the swing of things I guess. Talk about that for a second. I'm going to get back to it. Really just keep up that consistency. Just get it going. I don't know time to be anything special but at least make sure I'm posting every week. Getting back to that and I'll probably have to do like two a week or something to figure out a catch up. I don't know. I'll keep this thing posted as I continue to upload and continue to update what's happening. What new I still like same goals before like it's kind of some cool stories. I don't know something along the lines of that I don't think nothing's changing. I'll probably just end up talking about what's happening with me. But yeah, we'll continue to get that going. [00:10:41] I don't know make sure I'm just uploading and just being consistent. [00:10:47] So I'll wrap it up there see if I can even post this episode. I don't know how good quality is going to get. I'll listen to it later. But yeah, it doesn't even matter if this isn't post but it should. So yeah but I'LL keep it going, and I will be consistent.
